Around 30 artists from all over the world, including China, Ukraine and Russia are offering works for auction from Saturday, March 26 until Sunday, April 3, 2022, in the comments section of the Instagram account @Sonyashnik_Auction (Ukrainian for ‚Sunflower‘). You can also download the portfolio (see above), which will be updated regularly with the latest bids. 

To place a bid, you can either write a comment, a direct message or an email to artworld.stands.with.ukraine@gmail.com. We will update your price proposal accordingly, anonymously if you like!

100% of the money raised is going to organisations and volunteers helping people affected by the war in Ukraine.

The starting price for all works is 50% of their original value, the auction runs for a total of 8 days. The buyer pays the final price + shipping costs. The highest bidder will be informed by direct message and asked to donate the sum to one (or split to several) of the suggested organisations. After sending a screenshot of the donation confirmation, the work can be picked up or will be professionally shipped out of the studios.

Sonyashnik Auction is a collaboration between curator Nicola E. Petek and artist Darya Savchenko, who is Ukrainian herself and who has carefully vetted all the selected organisations to which the money will go.
